My approach: the Systemic & Strategic Therapy
While studying Psychology at Paris University, I specialized in Systemic and Staraegic Therapy. I work in accordance with the code of Ethics of the French Federation of Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis, in particular by establishing a relationship of trust that respects confidentiality and patient's needs. In addition to systemic and strategic therapy, I use a variety of other methodological tools drawn from client-centered therapy, neurolinguistic programming, transactional analysis, strategic dialogue with adults, teenagers, families and couple.

My added value is my academic education coupled to my creativity
Systemic psychotherapy is based on the research work of the Palo Alto school (United States - California) which was then formalized and developed by Paul Watzlawick of the MRI (Mental Research Institute). Today, many scientists and psychotherapists around the world continue to develop research on systemic therapy.

The system approach is a method of analyzing complex systems such as families, groups of people (or couples) or companies. It emphasizes the interactions between individuals and the systems to which they belong to and focuses more on the description of processes and interactions (what is the problem?) than on the search for the causes (why?) which falls within the domain of psychoanalysis.

“Speculation is a luxury.
While action is a necessity ”
Henri Bergson

It is the notion of system that guides the strategic way in which the therapist will approach the request for help, place it in a context of the here and now, formulate therapeutic hypotheses from precise theoretical references and evaluate the results.

Strategic therapy, as in any helping relationship work, defines a minimum goal to be reached in a given number of sessions (10 sessions on average per goal).
